From humble beginnings, Niki began her journey into the professional world as a receptionist with a local mortgage company. Quickly taken with the business, she spent the next few years of her career quickly advancing through nearly every and learning the ins and outs of all aspects of the business.

Now a senior loan officer and branch manager, Niki uses her experience to help young professionals grow and flourish, challenging them to always reach higher.

Outside of The Salter Team, Niki finds a number of ways to make a difference in her community. She is well- respected in the real estate and mortgage industry communities as a high-level business coach for The CORE Training Inc., Through that role, she mentors and coaches mortgage lenders and real estate agents from across the country on how to accumulate more wealth, run more efficient teams and businesses and net more income. Niki has coached more than 100 top professionals since joining The CORE Training program and continues to coach more than 20 new participants each year.

Niki also recently earned the prestigious title of Woman of the Year from the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society after a record-breaking fundraising campaign that garnered an unprecedented $526,449 for the organization in just 10 short weeks. This was a national fundraising record for LLS.

Other significant contributions to industry groups and community organizations include her active role with the City of San Antonio’s SA2020; Board Member and Secretary of Texas Mortgage Bankers San Antonio and Chair for the LLS Man and Woman of the Year South Central Texas chapter.
